Completed in April 2019, this beautifully architecturally designed home by NJS Architecture was an enjoyable project to be involved with.

Expert Quantity Surveyance delivered this build on time and on budget, with high quality finishes inside and out.

A MaxRaft insulated slab plus extra wall and ceiling insulation and an efficient central heating system created a cosy, warm home.

When the thought came to mind of building our family home at Hanley’s Farm, Steve was the first name that came to mind and it was purely because Steve has very sound knowledge of NZ building codes, has good attention to detail, good relationships with Subcontractors, and most importantly very honest and hardworking with clear flow of communication.
